About Sarah:

She went from a self proclaimed ‘suck it up princess’ to fearing for her life. It was a mental breakdown after her fifth child that changed everything. As a driven and talented mommy blogger she was always on the move, pushing herself to be better every single day. 

One afternoon she got on the treadmill for her regular workout but she soon realized something was terribly wrong when her heart rate would not go back to normal. Fearing she was having a heart attack, she called 911 and the braced for the worst. What she thought was a heart attack turned out to be the first of many panic attacks that would alter Sarah’s life.

Sarah E. Ball, is an author, speaker, mom of five and mental illness survivor. She inspires others to live fearlessly by sharing her humour, vulnerability and wisdom on overcoming anxiety and depression.
