A day to soften. Time to rest, restore and be nourished in a space made for your nervous system to settle, with room for conversation as it naturally arises.

SOUL TABLE

Gather around the table. Beautiful food, and meaningful conversation with a small circle of women. Expect questions that open you up, laughter that surprises you, and the kind of listening that is rare.

Saturday, November 14th at 12 pm — Milestones, Sudbury, Ontario

Can’t make it in person? Gather with me online. Join a small circle of aligned women for honest conversation, deep listening and a little time to exhale, from wherever you are. Come as you are, bring what’s real, and leave feeling more like yourself.

I created these gatherings because I believe women expand in the presence of other women who are also expanding. My work lives where energy, embodiment and business meet, and I wanted to bring it off the screen and into a room, around a table, in real life. If you feel a quiet yes reading this, I’d love to have you there.

I’m Andrea Crisp, a Soul Alignment Coach for intuitive women entrepreneurs and the host of The Soul Aligned Podcast. I help founders expand into ease, abundance and impact through energy, embodiment and deep inner work. Nothing about you needs to be fixed. My work is about expansion: coming back to what’s already true in you, and building a business and a life that match it.
