Align Coaching was designed to help you step into self trust and self leadership through a combination of energetic alignment (Human Design), deep spiritual connection, mindset work, and nervous system regulation. Over the course of 12 sessions we dive deep together to work with the subconscious patterns that have kept you in indecision, scarcity and over giving while supporting your body to feel safe receiving, expanding and being fully. seen.

ALIGN is my private 1:1 coaching container for the woman who wants to trust herself more fully, make empowered decisions, move through the ups and downs of life and business without abandoning herself, and lead from a place of deep alignment. Together, we do the inner work that helps you reconnect with your intuition, regulate your nervous system, honour your Human Design and embody the woman you already know you are at a soul level.

Human Design-informed 1;1 session for the woman who is ready to understand her unique energy, and live in greater alignment with her soul. Together, we’ll explore your energetic blueprint around decision-making, intuition, emotional regulation, manifestation, and the patterns that may be keeping you disconnected from yourself. You’ll receive a personalized Human Design PDF, a custom audio walkthrough of your chart, and a 45-minute private integration call with me. You will leave with greater clarity around your energy, and a deeper understanding of how to return to yourself.
ALIGNED MONEY
Aligned Money is a six-week group coaching container for women who feel stuck and stressed around money and want grounded safety, trust and the freedom to receive more. We focus on releasing scarcity, self-doubt, and fear of receiving, while building a nervous system that supports ease and flow. You’ll step into confident financial decision-making, call in abundance naturally, and create consistency in income — without pushing, hustling, or burning out. This is about aligning to your worth and aligned abundance. Group starts November 2026.Private mentorship is available upon request.

In my own life, I’ve had to deconstruct my faith, decondition old ways of being, and do the inner work required to truly step into my God-given calling and authority. It hasn’t always been easy—but it has been deeply transformative.
I know what it feels like to be driven by purpose, yet unsure of how to bring the vision in your heart to life. I’ve walked through failed attempts, the letting go of old identities, anxiety, depression, and the messy in-between seasons. Through it all, I discovered the power of mindset work, somatic healing, and learning to trust myself again.
Now, as an intuitive and empathic coach, I help women uncover the patterns that have kept them stuck, release emotional blocks, and reconnect with their deepest desires.
