Align Coaching was designed to help you step into self trust and self leadership through a combination of energetic alignment (Human Design), deep spiritual connection, mindset work, and nervous system regulation. Over the course of 12 sessions we dive deep together to work with the subconscious patterns that have kept you in indecision, scarcity and over giving while supporting your body to feel safe receiving, expanding and being fully. seen.

Over 12 private sessions in a 3- or 6-month container, you’ll receive weekly support as we deepen your connection to your inner knowing, expand your capacity to receive, and allow the next level of abundance and impact to unfold. My path to self-discovery was filled with twists and turns, including failed attempts, letting go of old identities, and overcoming anxiety and depression. But the beauty in those struggles was that they led me to do the inner healing work (mindset + somatic) that transformed my life.
