Sacred Return is a 12-week journey back to yourself — a space to slow down, reconnect, and remember who you are beneath the pressure to perform. Together, we’ll release old stories, regulate your energy, and expand your capacity for ease, abundance (yes, money), and authentic leadership.
During our time together you’ll learn how to gently and compassionately regulate yourself when life and business overwhelm hits. You’ll heal and rewrite the stories that have kept you repeating the same patterns. You’ll have a safe space to be supported in both your feminine and masculine energies (the being and doing). You’ll move through resistance so that expansion happens with greater ease. And you’ll return to yourself (to ease, flow and self trust).
Before coaching with Andrea I didn't realize how much I saw myself as an outsider, and how much I was sidelining myself in situations. I also did not realize that I did not believe that anyone else was capable of taking care of me other than me and subsequently never asked for help. I have way more awareness of my emotions and how I show up in situations.
